As part of our standard practice, ICFT does not share any information provided by you to ICFT without prior written consent from you. When yuo contact ICFT to inquire about possible services, our intake coordinator will schedule a time to speak with you to hear about your needs and help you determine if we are the practice that can best meet your needs. If you choose to become a client of ICFT, we will not collect any information from your without you first providing written consent to do so. Once this is done you will be invited to access our electronic records through your own personal portal using the Simple Practice platform. All contact information, intake forms and records of treatment will be stored within the secure Simple Practice portal. Here you will also be able to choose how you would like to be contacted in the future for things like session reminders, additional consent forms- phone, email or SMS (text messaging) - and you can change these at any time.
We do not share any information - including SMS consent or phone numbers - with third parties or any affliates for marketing purposes.
